Milonga Sinergia

2 rooms, 2 styles (traditional and alternative), that will merge in the late evening!

From 10pm

In the main ball room (air-conditioned), Phil will offer you a traditional milonga, while in the second room upstairs, Anna Neum will concoct us one of these alternative evenings as only her knows how to do it! Everyone will be able to go from one room to another as freely as they want.

From 1am

The experience of the Nocturna, which had a resounding success in 2016, will be renewed! The principle is the following: during 30min or more, the room is plungled into total darkness; you can’t see anything, except the fluorescent bracelets... No tandas, no cortinas, the exchange of dance-partner is encouraged after each song. Thrills guaranteed!

Phil will then start playing alternative music, so that after 2 am, the tangueros will finally all come together in the main room to dance until the first metros in the morning!

Anna Neum
Originally from Moscow, Anna Neum has been playing music since her childhood, starting with classical music. She felt in love with tango in 1998, but it took her ten years before she started dancing too, instead of only listening to the music. But it was worth it! Anna loves tangos from the golden age as well as neo-tangos, and we hope those will eventually harmoniously live together.

Phil
Tango, swing and blues dancer, Phil loves to switch between different dances. He started as a DJ in blues evenings, before offering to the Toulouse dancers mensuals alternative tango nights, with his association Nueva Guardia. These evenings attracted an audience of aficionados. Phil also participates to evenings with several DJs, where each one of them can present a facet of what he/she considers as modern tango. It was Phil who introduced the nocturnas in Tangopostale.
