Workshop conducted by Nathalie Lebrun-Bailly (Nouveau Regard).

Improving your Argentine tango learning and skills through sophrology.

• Improving awareness, listening and feeling.
• Body awareness techniques that free up the body to achieve more fluidity, movement efficiency and creativity of the body in its posture, its dance and its sharing.

Nathalie Le Brun-Bailly is a sophrologist and occupational therapist specialized in postural adjustment and perception work. Nathalie is visually impaired.
