Laure Fourest and Carmela Acuyo team up to offer you a class adapted to both roles, where you can work in detail on the technique of ochos and boleos, looking for comfort and relaxation.
For the 2nd edition of this workshop, we've decided to devote 3 hours to it (instead of 1h30 last year) so that we can work in depth on taking you from ochos to boléos. A technique workshop for both roles, which will aim to convey a simple understanding of the logic of movement at work to savour that tasty moment of the boleo. From the pivot to the boleo, we'll be talking about communication through relaxation and support, the elasticity of the body, the right balance between tonicity and relaxation, the dialogue between axes,...
• All levels from one year of regular practice upwards
• Equipment: as you like, as long as you're comfortable! For women, please bring flat dance shoes/slippers (or thick socks) AND heels.
• Maximum number of participants: 30

• The course will be given in French, but can be summarised individually in English and Spanish if required for non-French speakers.
