A hypnosis workshop to improve concentration and relaxation in dance with Inessa Zaleski.
Deepen your practice of tango, learn mental concentration techniques, and even enhance your well-being with this hypnosis class adapted to tango dancers. Relaxation will help you work your subconscious to improve all the aspects of your dancing (self-confidence, axis, musicality, connection, balance).
The first 20 minutes are a free introduction to hypnosis. The workshop specially designed for tango will follow, for those who stay.
• Level: This workshop is open to dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced level dancers.
• Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothes, no need for dance shoes
• Languages: French, English if necessary
